The Process
If you have documents that require translation by a traductor jurado or a NAATI certified translator, the process is quite simple. Simply send through clear photographs or scanned copies of the documents - no hard copies of the originals are required.
For interpreting services, please send an email to info@cjmtranslations.com.au to discuss your needs.
Step 1
Send Documents
Send through scanned copies or clear photographs of your documents so I can send you an obligation-free quote.
If your documents are Australian and the Spanish Consulate has asked you to apostille your documents, you will need to contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to have your documents apostilled prior to translation. Documents can only be apostilled in the country they were issued, so if you have documents from another country, you will need to have them apostilled in that country.
Step 2
Make payment
Provide postal address
Make full payment for small jobs or partial payment for larger jobs. For larger jobs, you can choose to pay a deposit and then the outstanding sum once the digital copy is ready.
If you require or would like a hard copy, don't forget to send through your postal address.
Step 3
Wait for your translation
My turnaround time for standard translations is one business day. If you have a large number of documents, it may take longer. I will confirm the turnaround time when quoting.
