Sworn and NAATI translations

It is quite difficult to provide exact pricing for translations as each person has unique requirements. Please use this information as a general guide, and feel free to click the chat button or send through an email for a personalised quote. Pricing will vary depending on the type and quantity of documents, but the information below can help you estimate the cost.

SWORN TRANSLATIONS by a traductor jurado registered in Spain into Spanish

• Standard one page Australian documents into Spanish: $90 including the translation of the apostille and a hard copy by regular post, or $10 extra for express post. The price can vary depending on the document.

• Standard Philippine birth certificates into Spanish: AUD$105 including the translation of the apostille. Regular post is included in the cost and express post to the Philippines is $30. PSA documents can be hard to read, so a draft will always be sent for verification before the final copy is sent.

• Academic documents and visa documents: $50 to $80 per page depending on the type of document. The translation of apostilles is calculated separately depending on the number of documents.

NAATI PERSONAL DOCUMENT TRANSLATIONS into English

• Driver licence: $50

• Extract translations of standard documents: $50

Standard documents in Spanish come from many different countries and in many different formats. I will need to see the documents to provide you with a quote. Generally no hard copy is required for NAATI personal document translations.

TRANSLATION OF OTHER DOCUMENTS into English or Spanish

• Pricing may be calculated by word or by page, depending on the document. The per word calculation can be between $25-$32 per 100 words, but the price can vary substantially for different types of documents and text.

• Please contact me regarding interpreting fees. Charges vary depending on mode and location of interpreting.
